All other destinations ship from our print provider in either USA or Canada

How long does shipping take?

Australia - Average shipping is 4-7 business days

USA and Canada - Average shipping is 6 - 12 business days

Other countries - Average shipping is 10 - 20 business days

What shipping method is used?

Australia - We ship everything using Australia Post standard road freight.

All other countries - UPS or FedEx

How are the prints packaged?

All our Photo prints are carefully packed for shipping and arrive unframed. Depending on size it is shipped in sturdy tubes or boxes.

Unrolled prints will lay flat and are ready to frame. Rolled prints can be placed on a clean surface under a sheet of paper with flat weights, books etc and left for a day to ensure they are flat. We recommend you handle the print on the edges and ideally wear gloves.
